The company has established an Efficiency Enhancement Technology Innovation R&D Center in Shanghai, while the National Key Laboratory for Efficient Nutrient Resource Utilization, the Northwest Fertilizer Reduction, Efficiency Enhancement and the Low-Carbon Laboratories are founded in Gansu, building a robust dual-engine R&D innovation platform centered in “Shanghai + Gansu,” creating a closed-loop R&D system spanning the entire industrial chain: “Active Ingredients Innovation — Formulation Development — Product Innovation — Application Validation — Environmental Impact Assessment”. Committed to delivering fertilizer efficiency enhancement technologies,the company provides solutions for domestic and international clients, creating green agriculture through science and technology.

Advocating the concept of green chemistry, through technological improvement, innovation, and clean production, reducing costs, reducing three wastes, improving the comprehensive utilization of resources, continuously enhancing product competitiveness, and practicing the path of green development.

This includes the research and application of fertilizer enhancers, new fertilizers, intermediate liquid crystal materials, pharmaceutical and pesticide intermediates, and fine chemical intermediates, as well as undertaking some customized processing and production businesses (CDMO).

Establishing a subsidiary in Shanghai, equipped with a well-equipped research and development environment and facilities, with various research rooms covering an area of approximately 1000 square meters, an independent process synthesis laboratory, equipped with a complete set of organic synthesis equipment and first-class testing and analysis equipment, to provide infrastructure and support for high-level research and development. The company has established an industry university research cooperation relationship with Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shenyang Institute of Applied Ecology and other institutions of higher learning, and has in-depth exchanges and cooperation in product development, talent training, application and promotion, to accelerate the industrialization process of new technologies and improve the scientific and technological strength of enterprises.

The team is guided by enterprise innovation and market demand, and has established a technology innovation team with senior engineers and doctoral teams as the core, collaborating with research institutions to carry out high-level technology innovation. At present, a large number of high-level and excellent scientific and technological talents have been widely recruited, forming a multidisciplinary and multi-level professional technical team.

In recent years, more than 10 national patent applications have been completed, 9 software works have been published, and 2 trademarks have been registered. The company has also undertaken and completed various scientific research projects, and has been listed as the "International Cooperation Base for Research and Production of Fertilizer Enhancers" in Wuwei City. In 2019, it was recognized as a high-tech enterprise, and in 2020, it was successfully selected for the Provincial Science and Technology Little Giant Cultivation Plan.
